Are you busy enough?

I wouldn't be doing this unless it was for something great: a couple new things happening Tuesday 9.13 have just come to my attention. More mp3s for the out of town kids.

1) W.I.P (Work in Progress): 5 HOUR OPEN BAR, plus DJs and "surprise guests." 34 Vandam Street, 8p-1a. RSVP to RSVP@pretentiousPR.com.

2) This Is New York party at the Tribeca Grand Hotel Church Bar (2 Avenue of the Americas), 10p-4a. Holy Ghost! performance and members of LCD Soundsystem. Plus, Stoli open bar from 10p-midnight. RSVP stat to events@grandlifenyc.com.

3) A couple of concerts of varying expense, via Oh My Rockness:

- Slew of bands at 8:30p at Glasslands, $10: New Look, Brahms, People at Parties, Young Athletes League, Majestyy (DJ set)

- Music Hall of Williamsburg is throwing "The Prom You Were Promised." What that means: it costs $25a/$30d, but benefits 826NYC. DJs are Yeasayer, BAIO, Neon Indian, and CANT. 7p. Party like you're too old for prom!

- Cut Copy, Washed Out, and Midnight Magic at the Wellmont Theatre ($24, 7p).

Washed Out- Feel It All Around (yes, that's the Portlandia theme)
