Dangerous snark

How great is this: maybe you remember that Disney movie, "The Great Mouse Detective." Its original title was "Basil of Baker Street," which doesn't seem problematic, because doesn't everyone know Baker Street = Sherlock Holmes? ....Was I the only one with a Sherlock Holmes board game growing up?

Anyway, when the title was changed to be more straightforward, the team behind the movie was pretty unhappy. And that brings us to the Wonderful World of Bitter Notes.

The letter also ended up at the L.A. Times. Yikes!
