Saturday is jumpin' jumpin'

Guys, there is a whole lot of potentially fun stuff happening 8/13. I can't do it all, but maybe you can. In chronological order:

1) Free BBQ and sangria 4-8pm in DUMBO at the Brooklyn Creative x Rabbithole launch party. I'm not really sure what this is, but there are photo tutorials and music, too?

2) Oh My Rockness tells me about...

a) An $8 Laura Stevenson & the Cans/The Brooklyn What/Wagers concert at Europa in Brooklyn @ 6pm.
b) A $13a/$15 Woods/Ducktails/White Fence/Widowspeak show at the Bowery Ballroom. Doors @ 8pm.

3) For geeks of the video game or theatre persuasion, and for those with short attention spans, there's the Theater of the Arcade at the Bleecker Theatre. Looks like it's part of FringeNYC. Collection of short plays for $15 (unsure about rush discount policies; you might want to call). Starts @ 9pm.

4) Also via My Free Concert: a "Neosoul Funeral for Amy Winehouse" at Union Hall. Free, starts @ 10pm, goes late, presumably. Sounds like a great dance party and an excuse to wear cat-eye eyeliner.

5) Also via Oh My Rockness: The Naked and Famous and Yeasayer (DJ set) at Brooklyn Bowl. $10, doors @ 11:30 pm.

Some tunes for those comparing live music options:
